Pese a que el recomendante, en un principio, preguntaba simplemente por los alférez Ranieri della Gherardesca y Lodovico Poschi Neuroni, a mano añadió que incluía en la misiva una nota relativa al capitán Torrigiani, pues era, por su matrimonio, sobrino carnal del recomendante.
Existen dos fichas del capitán Fulco Torrigiani en el fichero onomástico (números 1229 y 1238).
