Conocemos un arrendamiento realizado en 1679 de José de Laseca y María Laxo con el Convento de las dos ruedas de aceña de la parada de San Miguel del Pino.
También contamos con una copia de una carta de arrendamiento realizada en 1673 de las aceñas del Puerto por parte de José de Laseca, Francisco de Pedrosa, Antonio de San Miguel y Hermando de Laseca.
Existe otro arrendamiento realizado en 1669 por parte de José de Laseca de unas tierras en los caminos de las villas de San Miguel del Pino y Villamarciel.
